Refund Policy

Online Orders Only: Exchange or store credit within 48 hours with the original receipt and tags attached. Items must be in new condition without signs of wear, stains, makeup, or deodorant.  Items such as sunglasses, bodysuits, accessories, lingerie, swim wear or shipping fees will not be honored for return or exchange. We do not give cash refunds.

Stepping Pretty is not able to accept exchanges on promo sale items, marked down items, white/nude colored items, loungewear, t-shirts, leggings, or accessories.  

Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. After Stepping Pretty has received your package, we will contact you immediately to confirm all details and have the exchange item(s) shipped to you. After the exchange of the first order, the second item that you exchanged for is final sale.
